Thanks for visiting my website. My strong suit is creating and writing programs to enrich others, whether it be schools, churches, professional organizations, corporations, foundations, or any group who has a need to solve a problem. I am not so great at talking about myself. So here goes.
I am a 66 year old father of 2 sons and grandfather to 3 grandsons and 2 granddaughters. Spending time with these special people brings me more joy and delight than I can explain.
Cedar City, Utah is where I spent a wonderful childhood. I learned to hunt and fish and still fish today anytime I get the opportunity. My youthful passion was baseball. I loved it and still do. I left home to attend college and began my career in social work.
I spend much time reading, contemplating, meditating, writing poetry and of course, creating programs to enrich others. I love spending time with friends and neighbors and feel especially blessed because of my practice where I can spend all day talking with and enjoying the people who come to see me.
For the most part of my adult life, I owned a farm and raised cattle, pigs, chickens, sheep and of course, two wonderful sons. I love my gardens! I had flower gardens and specialized in dahlias. Vegetable and herb gardens provided us with tender loving work and delicious food and spices.
My favorite movie is "Field of Dreams" which I watch 5 - 7 times a year. In addition to the writings from A Course in Miracles, I love to read Rumi, the Bible, Thich Nhat Hanh and anything written by James Patterson and Robert Ludlum.
My favorite wardrobe is old jeans and flannel shirts and I love to cook and eat. I refuse to watch the news on TV and only like the programs that are loving and happy. I love all kinds of music from bluegrass to classical. I don't like to go shopping except for the grocery and the country feed store. I love sitting around with the guys talking about farm and ranching stuff. I think my favorite thing to do is to schmooze with anyone and everyone I meet.
Most of all, I love offering lectures and seminars where my goal is to teach others all I know because I believe this is how I learn more.
Thanks for visiting my website.
